Roger (the instructor) did a fantastic job during training.  We tested his patience at times, and he took it like  a champ.  Roger took the time to make sure we understood the subject matter, and with a personality that I enjoyed.

Being out of the business for the past few years, I was not fully aware of all the changes.  I found myself searching my mind for answers that used to come naturally.

The class interaction would not have been effective without Roger’s leadership.

I would like to make some comments on the 30 hours of continuing education class requirement presented by Linda Williams of Mortgage Trainers of North America.

I just completed the 30 hour course that is required by the MLD of the State of Nevada.  I chose to take the live course rather than the computer class or the test.  I have been a mortgage loan officer for several years and have been in home financing for a much longer period of time (over 30 years in total).

In my opinion I made the correct choice.  Being in a live classroom setting allowed for real time questions to be answered and the interchange between loan officers and Linda was invaluable.

The information that was presented was up to date, which is not small chore with the ever changing laws that we are presently experiencing.

Linda has such a vast knowledge base of mortgage lending and presents it in a very refreshing manner.  Not only does she bring information from a loan officer perspective but from an underwriters view as well as a lenders view.  She has done it all and she really imparts her knowledge to the class.  I really want to thank Linda for the experience of learning that she provided to me and our class this week.

I wanted to thank you for holding classes in Reno Nevada this week and last year so I could take advantage of the live instruction.  I actually prefer the live sessions rather than on-line.

I found your class on Mortgage Origination Nevada Law very interesting and informative.  There were a few things that were new to me even when I have been in the business over 35 years.  Our industry is faced with a lot of challenges along with survival.

I appreciate your efforts and the time you take to keep updated with all of these changes.
