Privacy Policy
Mortgage Trainers of North America keeps all course attendee information confidential, and does not share the information with any affiliates or non-affiliates. State regulatory agencies do have access to the student records upon request or policy. Our Professional’s Club member information is also confidential and will not be shared or distributed to affiliates or non-affiliates.
Refund Policy
On-line Courses – Cancelation or refund request must be received by MTGTNA within 7 calendar days from date of purchase, and prior to access to the course. Notice must be emailed to linda@mtgtna.com. Due to state deadlines and constant changes in course requirements and information, no refunds will be issued after 7 calendar days from the date of purchase. Students requesting a refund after 7 calendar days may receive credit toward a future courses (not to exceed 6 weeks from change notice date) equal to or less than the same dollar amount of the original purchase.
No refund will be issued if you have logged into the on-line course, however if offered in your area, you may change to a live class offering within the next 2 months. If no live class is available, no refund or exchange after logging into the on-line course.
Live Classroom Courses – Cancellation or refund request must be received by MTGTNA within 7 calendar days before the class start date. Notice must be emailed to linda@mtgtna.com.
After the 7-day refund period, the student who gives a notice of the no-show will be given a credit to be used later (not to exceed 6 weeks) for the total amount of the class. No partial refunds will be issued if the amended course costs less than the one cancelled.
No-Shows with no notice waive their rights to any refund or course substitutions.
“Check at the Door” Policy
Students are allowed to bring a check or cash to the class and pay before classes starts if they register at least 7 calendar days prior to start of the class. They will need to email linda@mtgtna.com their requested course(s) attendance schedule, and they will obtain a confirmation email from Linda Williams confirming their registration for the class and amount of the check to bring to the class.
After the 7-day refund period, the student who gives a notice of the no-show will be given a credit to be used later (not to exceed 6 weeks) for the total amount of the class. No partial refunds will be issued if the amended course costs less than the one cancelled.
No Shows without notice for “check at the door” registrants will be billed the cost of the book, certificate, and time totaling $10 for each class registered to attend. No shows with no notice waive their rights to any course substitutions. They will also be suspended from registering with any future courses with “check at the door” policy. All courses will need to be paid for in advance.
RECORD RETENTION
MTGTNA retains all student records for four years unless otherwise instructed by specific state requirements. MTGTNA forwards student attendee sign-in sheets or registration records to all states requiring the information within 10 days of class completion, but retains for our records after sent to the required states.
