Privacy Policy
Mortgage Trainers of North America keeps all course attendee information confidential, and does not share the information with any affiliates or non-affiliates. State regulatory agencies do have access to the student records upon request or policy. Our Professional’s Club member information is also confidential and will not be shared or distributed to affiliates or non-affiliates.
Refund Policy
Cancellation or refund request must be submitted by email to linda@mtgtna.com.
Full Refund – If we fail to furnish the training program agreed upon in the enrollment agreement, we shall refund all tuition paid.
Partial Refund – Students requesting a refund prior to start of the training program may choose one of the two following choices:
1. Credit toward a future course of equal or less value from the original purchase (new class completion not to exceed 6 weeks from change notice date),
2. Refund minus administrative cost of 10% of tuition up to a maximum of cost of $100.
A student that is expelled after the start of training program and before completion of 60% of the program shall receive pro-rata refund minus administrative cost of 10% of tuition up to a maximum of costs of $100.
No refund – Online course students may be allowed to change to a live class offering if available and make change within 2 months of purchase.
* A student that is expelled after the start of the training program, and after 60% completion of the program, shall receive no refund.
* Student that does not pass course will not obtain a refund.
Refunds will be mailed within 15 calendar days after the cancelation or termination. Disputes will be handled by the Administrator on case-by-case basis.
If MTGTNA fails to furnish the training program purchased the institution shall refund all the money the student has paid.
RECORD RETENTION
MTGTNA retains all student records for four years unless otherwise instructed by specific state requirements. MTGTNA banks all NMLS education credits within 7 days as required by NMLS.
